Are you tired of the usual day at the races, cricket or tennis ?
Why not try a day shooting with the Royal Air Force Target Rifle Team at the famous Bisley ranges in the heart of Surrey.
The Royal Air Force Target Rifle Club have been organising Corporate Hospitality Shooting Days for many years at the world famous shooting ranges of the National Rifle Association (NRA) at Bisley. Situated within the NRA’s 3000 acres of beautiful natural Surrey heathland, our hospitality days are hosted at the Royal Air Force Clubhouse where we provide superb catering and bar facilities.
“… it was the best day out I’ve ever spent.”
“… exceeded my every expectation” MD of company delighted with the day.
The Royal Air Force Target Rifle Team regularly sends strong target rifle teams overseas and in the past have beaten South Africa, Nambia and Zimbabwe on the same tour when South Africa subsequently went on to win the Team Long Range World Championship.
International competition is a vital part of training the RAF squad in its aim to win the annual Inter-Services matches shot at Bisley in the National Rifle Association’s Imperial Competition each year. Overseas tours though cost a lot of money as thee is only a little help given by the RAF Sports Board. As part of the effort to raise funds for the next major tour, these Hospitality and Guest Days are arranged where Companies can host valued clients or use it as a team building day for its own staff.
The days are designed to provide the maximum amount of shooting experiences for guests, yet are the perfect team-building event with ample time for discussion between hosts and guests. The shooting activities available can include Target Rifle and Match Rifle shooting at 900yds (that’s over half a mile) Black Powder Pistol (replicas of those shot during the American Civil War), Gallery Rifle, Small Bore Rifle and Clay Pigeon amongst others. One-to-one instruction is provided for all our guests by members and past members of the Great Britain Team, Royal Air Force Team and from other National Teams.
